SHIPPING and RETURN POLICIES

1. You must submit a return request for purchased products on our site within 14 days from the delivery date at the latest. You can contact us by selecting the product you want to return from the "My Account" page and stating why you want to return the product.

2. Customers can return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase. After notifying KoreLux about the return, the customer must deliver the product to the specified courier as soon as possible in accordance with the instructions. Only products manufactured/sold by us can be returned. The product must be undamaged, show no signs of wear or cosmetic defects, and must not have undergone any alterations or resizing before being returned to us.

3. After the return process begins, it may take up to 15 business days for the request made by the customer to be approved, as quality control must be carried out by us. This process may take up to 30 days.

4. If the product is returned within 14 days after purchase, all customers are entitled to a free refund, provided that the return conditions are met.

It must be returned with its original security label, packaging and certificate intact. After the products sent by the customer are checked in detail by us, return approval may take up to 15 business days. If multiple orders are placed by the same person on different dates, please note that only the last order placed can be refunded within 14 days from the delivery date.

6. After a thorough check, KoreLux reserves the right to refuse a returned item if it finds that it has been used, damaged or has any defects. A product rejected in this way will be returned to the customer without a refund, provided that the customer pays the shipping cost.
